Course Outline
This qualification allows students to explore real business issues and understand how businesses work. Students will also explore theories and concepts in the most relevant way through the context of events in the business and economic World.
This qualification is linear. Linear means that students will sit their exams at the end of the course in Year 11.

Career Progression
The knowledge and skills gained from this qualification will provide students with a firm foundation for further study of Business Studies, Financial Studies, Accountancy and Economics. The qualification also gives students a smooth pathway into apprenticeships in business related fields, as well as arm students with the knowledge and skills to start and run a successful business. Business related courses are also widely studied at most tertiary institutions.
