Year 9 Be the Change Students Visit Gatwick Airport

On Monday 6th March a group of Year 9 students from Ifield Community College and Holy Trinity did a workplace visit to Gatwick Airport.

Students had an amazing opportunity during the workplace visit to meet and listen to career talks from their mentors. Students met with airport roadside security,  airport management, retail and marketing, passport and security control where they gained an insight to what their job roles require and what qualifications are required to fulfill these roles.

The day finished on an airside tour of the airport and runway where we got up close to aircraft including the world's largest passenger aircraft the A380.

Everyone recieve a goody bag from Gatwick Airport.
