Entry Requirements:

Grade 6 in GCSE Mathematics and
Grade 4 in GCSE English Language or GCSE English Literature

Course Overview:

A level Mathematics enables you to develop your understanding of topics already seen at GCSE, at the same time as introducing you to new areas such as calculus and logarithms. Mathematics A Level will help you think logically, analyse data and express yourself clearly. These are valuable, transferable skills which are highly prized by universities and employers across every field.

Mathematics should be chosen by those students with a love of Maths and problem-solving. Whilst there is no course work element, students are required to use technology to analyse and interpret data. It is a challenging yet rewarding subject which is led by excellent teachers who support and challenge students throughout the two years.
