Community/Fundraising

ICC within the community

ICC has good working connections with the local primary schools. We regularly have visits from primary schools working in connection with our students in PE  or through Design Technology and the STEM project.

Students within the school community are offered a variety of educational and oversea trips such as attending the theatre or going further a field to Battlefields. These trips are part of their curriculum, we also offer extra curricular activities to enrich their learning experience, from cartoon drawings, ICT to PE sports fixtures.

Our Choir with the Chagnossian Drummers have good community links with the local area and perform each year at Care homes, Gatwick Airport, occasionally Crawley Hospital. Our choir performed on  pop icon Rihanna's song Towards the Sun which was the soundtrack to Dreamworks movie Home.

Students' art work is on display in the community throughout the year at the at the Hawth and  a selection of art displayed  at Langley Corner Doctors Surgery, the art is frequently updated with new material.

Every year students  participate in our annual sponsored roundtrip walk known as the Sarah Robinson Commemorative Walk from the College to Tilgate Park to raise funds for local charities.
